- 10 years of Business Analysis, Project Requirements Development, Initiative Management, Agile / Scrum Experience, Project Management experience, or similar and applicable experience.
- 3 years’ experience in a financial services industry : data analytics consulting, technology and / or operations, compliance, risk management, process consulting or similar and applicable experience.
- 10 years of overall work experience.
- Can demonstrate knowledge and experience with logic based decision-making systems, risk management practices, or basic programming experience. Knowledge of data analytics practices, consulting and constructing data plans and waterfalls.
- Data Analytics Consulting background.
- Experience operating in a Scrum environment.
- Experience with Remediation and Issue management processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of analytics, modeling tools, statistical techniques and segmentation strategies.
- Experience with query tools.
