- 5 years of experience administering, implementing, and migrating Microsoft Dynamics NAV (On-Prem).
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, Windows Server, C/AL, AL, and system integrations related to NAV.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage NAV-related projects.
- Experience with data migration, reporting tools, and NAV performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Microsoft certifications in NAV or related areas are a plus
