What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Development Specialist Finance (TBD) position at The Dignify Solutions LLC?
Delivery Requirements :
- Responsibility for the assigned aspect of the project over its lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
- Support SharePoint folder structure development and maintenance
- Support SuccessFactors LMS training content migrations and testing requirements as needed
- Support deployment of enablement content as directed by the SAP Project Lead
- Provide regular status updates to Project Lead
- Assist with project coordination, planning and management as well as early escalations
- Capture Project metrics and ensure they are clearly communicated to the Project management team
- Ensure project success (budgets, schedule, quality and business value)
- Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures
- Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
