As the Server at The Dirty Rabbit Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our front-of-house (FOH) team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. from greeting guests and seating, them to clearing tables and assisting with food and beverage service. Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and tableware in preparation for new guests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns, notifying managers as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
- Assist in restocking supplies, such as condiments, napkins, and beverages, to ensure smooth service operations.
- Support bartenders in providing personalized recommendations and enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times, including alcohol service guidelines and sanitation protocols.
