Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager at The Disability Champions in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection of outstanding fee payments owed the firm from the Social Security Administration, developing collection strategies, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring prompt follow up. The role will involve communicating with SSA and clients regarding payment status and coordinating with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of collections processes and strategies
- Experience in managing accounts receivable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work load
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
- Accounting background a plus
