We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our contact center and member services team to share our passion for helping people.
As a Member Services Contact Center Representative, you will support our members by being the first point of contact via phone, email, online banking or other virtual or remote channels.
You will provide a variety of services including transactions, account openings, loan applications, all while meeting member needs with exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities :
Member Assistance : Respond to members' requests, completing transactions, opening new accounts, and processing loan applications.
Assist via phone, email, online banking, or other remote / virtual communication channels.
Meet or exceed sales and service targets that contribute to departmental and organizational success.
Problem Resolution : Address member concerns and resolve issues within your scope, escalating situations when necessary.
Maintain ownership of the member experience throughout the process.
Confidentiality & Data Management : Ensure the strict confidentiality of all member information, complying with organizational policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member account information.
Knowledge & Compliance : Stay informed on credit union products, services, promotions, internal policies, industry laws, and regulations to provide accurate and current information to members.
Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
