When we opened our doors on Indy’s north side in 2014, we were focused on two things.
Craft beer on tap, and great food.
These two things are at the heart of who we are – at the heart of our promise to be your go-to place for whatever you’re looking for. Your place for lunch, dinner, or drinks after work. Your place for local live music, your sports bar for all of the sports, or to celebrate a special occasion.

Service Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food service department, including bartending, serving, catering, and events department.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
- Manage inventory
- Train and supervise staff members, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of food services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of full service restaurants including serving, bartending, hosting, catering and events
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
