Junior Quickbase developer

Job Description

Location: Washington, DC

Work Arrangement: Remote

Duration: 12-month contract, with possible extension

Engagement Type: W-2 or 1099

The DNA Group is seeking a experienced Junior Quickbase and Web Developer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications and data integrations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of web development expertise, Quickbase platform experience, and a strong understanding of front-end frameworks and backend API development.

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively on-site, support evolving project needs, and demonstrate deep technical capabilities in delivering user-centric, scalable, and efficient digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quickbase applications, custom pages, and Quickbase APIs
• Create, manage, and maintain ETL processes and data feeds to third-party vendors
• Maintain and support existing application integrations and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and respond to evolving requirements
• Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using .NET
• Optimize web applications for performance, usability, and accessibility
• Participate in regular reviews to ensure alignment on critical tasks and timelines
• Apply best practices in software development and database design fundamentals
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience
• 6 years of experience in web development
• 4 years of experience in Quickbase application development
• 6 years of experience with database design, documentation, and coding
• 6 years of experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex front-end issues
