The DNA Group is seeking a Senior Researcher for its client. The ideal candidate will have experience in data-driven research and policy evaluation, particularly in urban governance and civic innovation. You will work collaboratively with government officials, community stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create meaningful solutions for complex urban challenges.
This position focuses on leading research efforts, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data, facilitating workshops, and driving data-based decision-making across government projects.
- Conduct in-depth research using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Analyze diverse datasets, ensuring high-quality data collection, validation, and integration.
- Develop effective performance metrics to measure project impact on the District’s residents.
- Lead data-driven decision-making processes by translating complex information into actionable insights.
- Facilitate co-creation workshops with government partners and community stakeholders.
