Qualifications
- Appraisal experience in auto, property, heavy equipment
- Knowledge of desk reviews, subrogation, expert witness services
- Experience with appraisal clause, demand settlement, diminished value
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in appraisals
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with claims technology platforms is a plus
- Appraisal certification or relevant degree is preferred
