What You ll Do : Pediatric Care : Lead the delivery of high-quality, pediatric-centered care across a wide range of services. Patient Relationships : Develop long-term, trusting relationships with families and their children and educate patients on treatment options to improve their oral health. Team Leadership : Oversee and mentor a skilled team of, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient environment. Practice Growth : Help drive continued success and growth by maintaining an excellent standard of care and patient service, contributing to monthly production and collection goals. Practice Stats : Work in a facility with 8 fully equipped operatories Average Monthly Production : $248K Average Monthly Collections : $244K Qualifications : A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practicing dentist strongly preferred Pediatric Specialist is preferred but open to General Dentist with a strong Pediatric background
