Job Summary:  

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR department's functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in developing and executing HR strategies that support the company's goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure that all HR initiatives align with the organization's objectives.  

Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent. 
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. 
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection. 
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards. 
Ensure the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) is efficiently managed, and candidates are engaged throughout the hiring process. 
Lead the offer and negotiation process, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation packages. 
Continuously improve the employee orientation and onboarding programs. 
Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and are fully equipped to succeed in their roles. 
Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources on their first day. 
Monitor the onboarding process and gather feedback to enhance the experience for future hires. 
Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and reflect best practices. 
Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives. 
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. 
Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning. 
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. 
Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring they are conducted fairly and legally. 
Ensure the organization is compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary. 
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment. 
Ensure competitive compensation strategies are in place to attract and retain talent. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. 
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. 
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. 
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
This position is primarily office-based with occasional travel required
