Client Care Coordinator
Have you worked in Optical, Ophthalmology, Orthodontics, Dental or Hospitality and are looking to change into a new field? You don't have to have experience in Physical Therapy to be qualified, we will train the perfect person!

Responsibilities and Activities:
- Manage inbound phone calls from patients wanting to book appointments.
- Communicate the value of our services in person and on the phone
- Successfully handle money/price objections
- Hold a lengthy 15-20 minute conversation with new patients on the phone ensuring the patients are committed and bought into our service
- Provide an exceptional waiting room environment for our patients that they’ll look forward to coming back to.
- Ensure people show up excited for their first appointment after scheduling.
- Communicate with patients before, during and after appointments to ensure satisfaction is being achieved.
- Foster deep relationships with patients ensuring NPS score hits agreed levels.
- Develop and regularly update the procedures library so that every aspect of the role is documented and can be achieved by anyone else in the business.
Skills Required:
- Be able to hold meaningful conversations with prospective clients over the phone for longer that 15 minutes.
- Be able to answer questions asked on the phone in a way that increases the likelihood that the prospect will want to become a customer, so you are an active listener!
- Recall names and faces of all patients making them feel welcomed and remembered.
- Provide a warm greeting when people arrive.
- Plan, organize, schedule, and budget time in an efficient and productive manner that demonstrates focus on key priorities.
- Follow through on commitments. Do what you say you’re going to do regardless of personal cost.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
- Attention to detail, letting no important details slip through the cracks.
- Demonstrate persistence, and willingness to do what it takes to get things done.
- Be proactive and act without needing to be told what to do, and bring new ideas to the company.
- High level multitasking skills and comfortability in a fast paced environment
- 1-2 years sales experience a plus
Location: Scottsdale Arizona (Raintree & 101).
Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 base bonus, depending on experience
