Job Description
Job Description
Join The Doe Fund in our mission to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and recidivism. Through our flagship Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) program, we empower New Yorkers to move from homelessness to stable employment and housing with paid transitional work training, advanced occupational training, and comprehensive supportive services. RWA operates within The Doe Fund’s transitional housing facilities, which currently provide 660 beds across three locations, with 200 more under construction.
The Doe Fund is also one of New York City’s largest nonprofit developers of permanent affordable and supportive housing, offering thoughtfully designed, high-quality residences with amenities like community gardens, yoga classes, and more. With over 1,900 units in operation or pre-development, we set the standard for housing that fosters stability, wellness, and a sense of community.
Backed by an annual operating budget of over $75 million and a dedicated team of more than 500 full-time staff — many of whom are RWA program graduates — The Doe Fund creates pathways to brighter futures.
