About the Facility:
The Dog Academy specializes in elevated boarding, training, daycare and grooming. Our brand new campus has 32 private boarding rooms, a large, spacious gym, multiple fields, and a bone shaped pool for daycare and dog enrichment, a home-style training area and a beautiful grooming salon. All of our services are designed and tailored to mentally stimulate our four-legged, furry friends. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients (verbal and written).
- Walk dogs to designated areas and back to their owners.
- De-escalate dogs coming into social groups.
- Being observant and watching over groups of dog (up to15 at a time)
- Creating strong relationships with the dogs
- Learning and practicing proper group facilitation

Qualifications and skills:
- Must be 18
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to care for all sizes and breeds of dogs.
- This position is physically demanding and requires you to be on your feet and moving for up to 8 hours a day.
- This position requires you to be outside in the heat or cold for up to 8 hours a day.
