Front of House Team Member

How we are elevating the game:

Our restaurant model is a little different, it is geared to create a team/family like environment and to put more cash in all of our employees pockets.

This is our concept:

1) We work as a team ~ so we all get paid as a team.

2) Everyone (FOH & BOH) makes close to an equal guaranteed wage depending on time invested with the company.

3) Everyone splits tip share to ensure all parties make a great livable wage. With the included tip share the hourly wage averages around $20-$30.

For this to work, everyone must do their part to create a great experience for our customers. Currently, this model is working very well for our brand. We are looking to recruit more like-minded individuals to help move the brand forward and create a model that we hope will inspire more restaurants to find a way to reward the individuals who make them successful.

This position will focus on FOH. You will be responsible for setting the atmosphere, delivering southern hospitality to our guest, guiding guest through the menu and insuring that each individual has a memorable experience.

At times you will also be responsible for helping back of the house when necessary.

Qualifications

-Been there, done that related experience and or training in the restaurant industry.

-Plays well with others and lends and ear when needed.

-Didn’t do so badly in school - Highly proficient with technology. Experience with Toast POS would be outstanding.

-Ability to keep cool if things really hit the fan.

-A can do attitude and ability to prioritize duties.

-Ability to get down and dirty if needed. We all share dishwashing duties and cleaning responsibilities.

• Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)
• Quick Service Servers: 1 year (Required)

• Night Shift (Preferred)
