The Dog Play Spot is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and their dogs. This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their dogs with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and reservations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with pet owners about services, policies, and pet care updates
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining a tidy front desk area
- Ensure a safe and positive experience for all dogs and their owners
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational
- Comfortable and confident around dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or pet care is a plus
