Join our team at The Dog Stop as a Customer Care Manager (CCM) and unleash your passion for pets and people! In this dynamic role, you’ll drive sales growth by managing all revenue-generating resources and nurturing customer relationships.
The main responsibility of the CCM is to increase the number of dogs enrolled in daycare, booked for boarding, and regular grooming services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of all services offered by The Dog Stop to potential clients
- Promote and sell dog care services and memberships to new clients.
- Optimize marketing strategies for effective outreach.
- Coordinate the referral program to drive new client acquisitions.
- Convert leads to in-person interviews and turns successful interviews into membership sales or service bookings.
- Conduct store tour to introduce prospective pet parents to all our services during interview.
- Serve as the point of contact between potential clients.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and timelines.
- Evaluate market trends and opportunities, track sales progress, and provide regular status updates.
- Develop and manage internal marketing efforts with existing customers.
- Drive the effort for retention of existing customers.
Requirements:
