Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant
The majority of work will be REMOTE with occasional on-site presence in Sterling, VA or at scheduled events in Northern Virginia and DC required. Only candidates located in the DC Metro area or willing to relocate will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service when answering inquiries from potential clients
- Accurately schedule appointments and training programs for clients
- Share logistical details and training information with new clients before they start their programs
- Manage and maintain staff calendars
- Ensure all new clients submit the required medical records, vaccinations, and test results prior to starting their program
- Assess and recommend the best training program for prospective clients
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Handle administrative projects assigned by staff

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in any dog-related field is a plus (but not required!)
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Open-minded and willing to complete required training courses to meet our high standards
Opportunities for Growth:

Hours:
- Hours may vary from Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $19 - $25 (based on experience)
- Some benefits offered including Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and 401k
