Requirements:

• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or teaching.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience handling dogs.
• Familiarity with balanced training methods and e-collar use is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain Clean & Safe Facilities – Sanitize all boarding areas, business facilities, vehicles, and any locations where client dogs are housed to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Dog Handling & Care – Walk dogs using The Dog Wizard methodology to reinforce proper leash manners (heel command/loose leash walking). Assist in managing reactive dogs under supervision.
• General Animal Care – Provide comprehensive care for all dogs, including feeding, hygiene (baths, nail trims, brushing, ear cleaning), medical needs, and ensuring their overall well-being.
• Inventory Management – Track and maintain inventory levels, updating spreadsheets as needed.
• Scheduling & Documentation – Manage scheduled dog drop-offs, take-home sessions, and follow-ups using Vonigo and RingCentral.
• Training Support – Continue education and assist trainers with additional dog training tasks as required.
• Team Collaboration – Work cooperatively with colleagues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Professionalism & Customer Interaction – Represent our brand by dressing appropriately, engaging professionally with clients, and providing excellent service.
• Punctuality & Reliability – Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments and commitments.
• Additional Duties – Perform any other necessary tasks as assigned to ensure the well-being of the dogs and efficiency of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
