FULL-TIME GROUNDSKEEPER

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining our luxury apartment community with 312 units in Elkton, MD. We expect the Groundskeeper to uphold a first class property with attention to curb appeal, cleaning all common areas of building, painting common areas as well as apartment homes. Keeping the grounds maintained is critical. This individual must recognize potential problems and take appropriate action to avoid further recurrence. Daily activities would include:
- Possesses the initiative to make decisions and notify the proper personnel.
- Water and maintains lawn areas/maintain common areas
- Follow emergency/safety procedures per OSHA guideline
- Make minor repairs to equipment
To perform the job successfully, this individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year in related experience/training as well as a High School Diploma or general education degree.
