FULL-TIME PORTER

We are seeking a motivated and experienced full time Porter for our brand-new, upscale community, which boasts 270 luxury apartment homes in Naples, FL.. Responsibilities include maintaining a first-class property with attention to curb appeal, cleaning all common areas of buildings, painting common areas as well as apartment homes, and keeping the grounds maintained. The successful candidate must be customer service oriented as well. Full time schedule will require some weekend coverage.
To perform the job successfully, this individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years in related experience/training as well as a High School Diploma or general education degree.
