What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Leasing Coordinator position at The Doll Team?
We are seeking an administrative professional for our Assistant Leasing Coordinator position for our real estate property management team in Virginia Beach, VA.
You would collaborate with our Leasing Coordinator to answer calls, reply to emails, process tenant applications, coordinate with our maintenance coordinators and tenants for move-in, move-out, and annual inspections, and relay property information between the staff members, agents, owners, and tenants.
- Prior experience in household maintenance or property management is not necessary.
- We are seeking these key attributes: professionalism, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service.
- Your ability to multi-task, have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and work well with others will help you thrive with us.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft is a plus.
Full-time, 40-hour per week position with no overtime required.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
