As the Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying conformance to Manufacturing and Warehouse Procedures to ensure Nonin products meet expected customer requirements.

Essential Job Functions
- Quality Control of continuous in-line production and warehouse adherence to labeling, product workmanship, traceability, documentation, training etc.
- Inspect product per applicable Engineering Drawings and Manufacturing & Test Procedures.
- Generate Non-Confirming Material Reports (NCMR’s).
- Conducting internal audits upon direction (i.e. calibration, pest controls etc).
- Participate in external audits advocating for Nonin (Customer, 3rd party, Regulatory).
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience using associated measurement devices (microscope, caliper, laser scanner, etc).
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 regulations
- Ability to read, understand and interpret various prints, manufacturing & test procedures.
- Good mathematical ability and the ability to compute/count totals, averages, ranges.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with company personnel and auditors.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and related data entry experience.
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm
Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
