Indrotec Staffing and Workforce Management is looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician to join Colder Products Company's Manufacturing Technologies team, based in St. Paul, MN.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Initial owner of incoming customer issues, drives initial testing/evaluation and confirmation to our customers
- Provides direct technical responses to customer issues.
- Perform product testing to understand product performance deficiencies
- Implement corrective actions to address product or service deficiencies.
- Works with Quality Engineers to ensure valid cause and corrective action by suppliers.
- Operates within CPC Quality and inventory management systems.
- Active participant in Continuous Improvement and Lean projects.
- Keeps current in the field with internal and external education and training
- Acts as QA liaison in cross-functional projects and CPC representative to suppliers/customers
- Adheres to all safety regulations
- Demonstrates support of CPC core values
- Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs
Required Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in a regulated environment.
- Solid understanding of machining and/or injection molding processes
- Good technical communication skills with multiple engineering disciplines
- Self-driven and able to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to self-prioritize and multitask in support of engineering/manufacturing projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two-year degree or certification in a technical discipline
- Experience with metal machining and/or plastic injection molding processes
- Experience with medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- ERP software experience.
- ASQ participation and certification.
- Detailed knowledge of CPC parts or equivalent..
- Working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, & Power Point.
Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
