The Dominion Club is owned by Heritage Golf Group (HGG), a national owner and operator of premier private, resort, restaurant, and daily fee golf clubs. The Dominion Club (www.dominioncc.com) is the jewel among golf courses in the Richmond area. Offering a 72-par course, practice and range facilities and a superb restaurant that overlooks the club's pristine 18th green. In addition the club a Tennis - Pool Complex that includes Jr. Olympic pool, full tennis and new pickleball courts.
We are looking for: Banquet Servers
All Positions Report Directly To: Food and Beverage Director
Essential Duties:
- Assist in setup and breakdown of all event space
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests attending events
- Assist in serving buffets/ serving plated meals to guests/ passing appetizers to guests
- Gather any used glassware/ plateware used by guests and return to kitchen in proper receptacles for cleaning
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen setting occasionally plating/ preparing appetizer trays and items related to Banquet service
- Maintain the cleanliness of BOH Banquet area after event service has ended
- Communicate with Banquet Chefs to ensure prepared items go to proper locations
Qualifications:
- Able to communicate with guests and co-workers and give excellent customer service
- Able to stand for full shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work on weekends/ evenings

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
