We are in search of a self-motivated, action oriented, and optimistic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts! The perfect team member will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Successful Real Estate Agent / CEO of the #2 Large Team by Sales Volume in Manhattan Beach is seeking a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail to support daily operations by performing administrative tasks and executive tasks. The role is responsible for performing full administrative duties by providing customer service, managing projects, coordination of events, and more in order for us to provide clients with an amazing real estate experience. This requires an individual with strong time-management skills who can prioritize projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the administration of the CEO
  • Listing preparation
  • Marketing coordinator
  • Database management
  • Schedule property inspections
  • Getting keys made
  • Lockbox and sign rider installation
  • Mail out cards, letters, and packages
  • Complete basic updates to websites
  • Deliveries/Drop offs
  • Coordinate the purchasing of office equipment and supplies
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail
  • Assertive, professional, diplomatic, able to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

Experience

  • 2 years in Customer Service
  • 1 years with Administrative Assistant experience
  • Real Estate related experience a plus but not required
  • Google Workspace (Preferred)
  • Macbook (Preferred)

Work Location
Manhattan Beach Office

Schedule
Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
