Salary : $26-27 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician of a 227-unit residential apartment community located in Arlington, VA (Infinity Apartments).

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
  • Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and other tasks as needed
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Cover on-call emergencies

Requirements :      .

Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, painting, HVAC, and appliance repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Must have some tools as well as reliable transportation

    Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds

  • A minimum of two (2) years related experience and / or training in apartment maintenance is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance

    • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
