If so, Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Leasing Consultant! We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 235-unit residential apartment community located in Chester, VA (Rivermont Crossing).
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a professional demeanor
- Marketing / Outreach
- Lease apartments
- Property tours
- Resident retention
- Renewing contracts
- Data entry
- Assisting with day-to-day operations
- Answering phone / emails
We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events. Yardi experience is preferred.
