We’re currently searching for an experienced, driven Senior Community Manager to oversee a residential community in Washington, DC. If you bring at least two years of property management experience, top-notch leadership skills, and a talent for team-building, we’d love to have you on board!
Key responsibilities include :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure its overall success
- Maintain property standards
- Deliver stellar customer service
- Tenant relations
- Leasing and marketing
- Oversight of maintenance and inspections
- Compliance and regulations
- Budgeting / Financial Reporting
- Team leadership and training
- Increase occupancy, decrease delinquency
- Supervise office / leasing team
