Salary : $85,000-$90,000 annually plus bonus

We are currently seeking an experienced, highly-motivated Property Manager for a residential apartment community located in Washington, DC (The Berkshire). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, financial reporting, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure its overall success
- Maintain property standards
- Deliver stellar customer service
- Tenant relations
- Leasing and marketing
- Oversight of maintenance and inspections
- Compliance and regulations
- Annual Budgeting / Financial Reporting
- Team leadership and training
- Increase occupancy, decrease delinquency
- Supervise office / leasing team
