We’re looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Provide guidance on HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees
- Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner
- Promote a positive work culture and resolve workplace issues proactively
- Establish HR metrics and analytics to measure and track key HR indicators, such as employee engagement, turnover, and diversity metrics
- Experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
- Possession of excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- HR related Certification
