We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Harvest Interns for the upcoming harvest season at The Donum Estate in Sonoma County. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
As a member of our team, you will be involved in the following key areas:
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used during the harvest season
- Sorting and processing grapes to ensure optimal quality and consistency
- Performing punch downs and pump-overs, making additions, and managing fermentations according to the winemaker's instructions
- Working with barrels and participating in other winery-related tasks
