**Job Description**
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Harvest Interns for our upcoming harvest season. In this role, you will contribute to various aspects of the harvest process, including preparing equipment, assisting in the sorting and processing of grapes, performing punch downs and pump-overs, adding products and managing fermentations as instructed by the winemaker, working with barrels, and completing other related tasks.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
You will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the winemaking team during the harvest season
- Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management
