Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized **Front Desk Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our clients, students, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, students, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor. - Answer and manage phone calls, including scheduling appointments and providing information. - Process payments and handle check-outs accurately. - File documents and maintain organized records. - Grade student assessments as directed by instructors. - Perform light cleaning tasks, including: - Emptying small receptacles. - Replenishing bathroom supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.). - Cleaning windows to remove fingerprints. - Turn on music and TVs to create a welcoming ambiance. - Assist with other light clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment. - Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude. - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
