Program Overview:
Our summer internship program offers a unique opportunity to explore different facets of the real estate industry. As an intern, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in a variety of disciplines, including construction, operations, finance, leasing, and property management while learning from our exceptional team.
Positions Available:
- Accounting Intern: Support our finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- On-Site Construction Intern: Gain hands-on construction management experience on active project sites.
- Leasing Intern: Assist in leasing activities, tenant communications, and property management.
- Data Analysis Intern: Analyze trends, market data, and help optimize business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Operations Intern: Work with our operations team to ensure smooth project and property management processes.
- Business Administration Intern: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks while gaining exposure to various departments.
- Development Intern: Help in project planning, site analysis, and overall development processes.
- Property Management Intern: Work alongside our property management team to ensure efficient building operations, tenant satisfaction, and property maintenance.
Qualifications
Preferences:
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
- Interest in real estate, property development, and/or construction.
- Self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Authorized to work in the United States
