About Us

We’re a fast-growing property management company overseeing 6,000 units across luxury, affordable, senior, and NYCHA PACT properties. Technology is a central part of our operations, and we’re looking for a Yardi Systems Administrator who can take ownership of our Yardi platform while contributing to broader technology initiatives that improve our efficiency and performance.

About The Role

As our Yardi Systems Administrator, you'll manage the day-to-day functionality of our Yardi systems, ensuring smooth operations, user access, and reliable integrations. In addition to administration and support, this role plays a key part in coordinating cross-platform projects and technology upgrades. You’ll work closely with leadership and vendors to implement new tools, optimize workflows, and support company-wide systems integration.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support

  • Serve as the lead administrator for all Yardi platforms.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and system permissions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide daily support to end users.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and workflows.
  • Oversee and maintain integrations with tools like AvidXChange and ClickPay.

Technology Projects & Integrations

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of technology solutions across the portfolio.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to integrate systems like RentCafe, BuildingLink, HappyCo, Order.co, Divvy, and CRM tools.
  • Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure successful data flow and user adoption.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and assist with vendor communications.

Training & User Support

  • Deliver system training and user support to internal teams.
  • Act as liaison with Yardi support and other tech vendors to resolve issues and streamline operations.
  • Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization across departments.

Reporting & Data

  • Support financial and billing reporting within Yardi.
  • Use SQL to troubleshoot data issues and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain and customize standard reports and build new ones based on business needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience administering Yardi platforms in a property management or real estate setting.
  • Deep knowledge of Yardi Voyager and its configuration capabilities.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Yardi report writing tools.
  • Experience with Yardi accounting modules and affordable housing compliance tools.
  • Familiarity with integrating multiple third-party platforms.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or other project management credentials.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with AI or machine learning tools in property technology.
