Position Overview: As an Account Manager in our Personal Lines Division, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts. Your responsibilities will include fostering strong client relationships, guiding clients through their insurance options, and ensuring their coverage needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their personal insurance needs and goals.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims, providing exceptional service throughout the process.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients’ insurance portfolios to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for improvements or upgrades.
- Provide clients with expert advice on personal lines products, including auto, home, and umbrella insurance.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new product offerings.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our agency management system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management. (preferred)
- Active insurance license required or able to obtain within 90 days.
- Strong understanding of personal insurance products and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Applied Epic and SinglePoint a strong plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $49,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
