Position Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and foster client engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive brand presence.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement branding strategies that align with The Dowd Team’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Oversee all marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, email campaigns, website updates, and print materials.
  • Manage and grow our online presence by creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to create marketing materials that support sales initiatives and client outreach.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
  • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative marketing techniques to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing, branding, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and marketing platforms (e.g., Flodesk, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
