Artificial Intelligence Consultant (ChatGPT)

ChatGPT Enterprise Administrator (Approx 3-6 month contract)

We are looking for a talented ChatGPT Enterprise Administrator with expertise in API development, integration, and prompt engineering to drive the deployment and ongoing management of ChatGPT within our client’s newly established enterprise environment. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions, automate workflows, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. You will also play a key role in designing, developing, and refining prompts to optimize ChatGPT's performance for various use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure ChatGPT Enterprise instances to meet organizational needs.
• Set up user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access control.
• Manage integrations with internal systems such as inventory management, oracle databases, and knowledge management tools.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations using the ChatGPT API to facilitate seamless communication between ChatGPT and other enterprise systems
• Ability to leverage low code integration platforms for API buildouts
• Monitor the health, performance, and usage of ChatGPT to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform and integrations.
• Work closely with Cyber Security Director to implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide ongoing support to users and resolve any issues related to the platform.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on how to effectively use ChatGPT within the enterprise.
• Develop and refine prompts to optimize ChatGPT's responses for various tasks like customer support, and inventory management.
• Test and iterate on prompts to ensure accuracy and relevance in ChatGPT’s responses.
• Collaborate with teams to understand specific business needs and adjust prompts accordingly.
• Provide internal teams with best practices and guidelines on creating effective prompts.
• Document prompt engineering strategies to ensure consistency and high-quality results across different use cases.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify areas where ChatGPT can add value, such as customer support, sales automation, or internal knowledge management.
• Support the adoption of AI solutions within the organization by demonstrating the value and ROI of integrating ChatGPT into workflows.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in AI system administration, API development, and prompt engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level deployments.
• Proven experience working with ChatGPT and APIs in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in API development, integration with databases, and automation using AI technologies.
• Experience leveraging low-code integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Delphi, Python, C#, .net, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms and working with Oracle databases
