Job Description :
The Doyle Group is seeking a skilled Network Engineer with a strong Cisco background and vendor management experience. The ideal candidate will have inside-plant experience and a hands-on approach to managing Switches, Routers, and WiFi. Exposure to or experience with outside plant, including fiber, is a plus. This role will require the Network Engineer to be on-site 3 days per week and be on-call every other week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, install, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and WiFi equipment.
- Troubleshoot network issues, perform routine maintenance, and manage upgrades for existing systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors for network-related solutions, ensuring smooth vendor management.
- Work with internal teams to monitor network performance, resolve issues, and improve network infrastructure.
- Assist with inside plant projects, ensuring the network's physical infrastructure is sound.
- Provide assistance and support for outside plant issues, particularly fiber.
- Provide on-call support every other week for network-related incidents and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications :
Salary $110,000-$130,000
