Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally responsive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Provide individual and family outpatient therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, guiding them on their journey toward healing and resilience.
- Develop comprehensive care plans, including crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, to support clients in maintaining stability and empowerment in their mental health journey.
- Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and collaborative discharge planning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, in alignment with professional and ethical standards.
4oQualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Provisional license as required by state regulations, or an educational background leading to professional licensure.
- Passionate about mental health care and dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centered services.
