Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally responsive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Provide individual and family outpatient therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, guiding them on their journey toward healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive care plans, including crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, to support clients in maintaining stability and empowerment in their mental health journey.
• Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and collaborative discharge planning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, in alignment with professional and ethical standards.

4oQualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Provisional license as required by state regulations, or an educational background leading to professional licensure.
• Passionate about mental health care and dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centered services.
• Committed to ongoing professional development, with free supervision and continuing education opportunitiesavailable at The Dragonfly Path, LLC.
• Eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.
• Strong adherence to ethical practice and confidentiality standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficient in time management, documentation, and administrative tasks.
