We are a family-owned business in Pella, IA and are excited you are interested in joining our amazing team! We currently have an opening on our Overnight shift. Schedule is 3-4 nights per week with rotating weekends. Overnight shifts include shift differential pay. MUST have valid driver's license.

On-the-job training is provided, but previous experience in a manufacturing plant or production warehouse environment is preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for coiling of material, tying off large rolls of product (must have full dexterity of fingers/hands for this), product quality control, assist with clean up, cutting and grinding of pipe scrap and utilizing forklift to move material as needed and requested. This position is full-time.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Consistently check product for quality, bringing any concerns forward immediately to supervisor
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Communicate any relevant and helpful information/updates at shift change
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment
- Wear all required PPE
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle (you must be able to show up to scheduled shifts)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must Undergo Criminal Background Check
- Ability to work in loud environment
- Ability to kneel, squat, reach overhead, and stand for majority of workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Must have good vision and depth perception
