Description: This position is the first impression of quality service to our Resale Store donors. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls from donors who want to schedule a pickup
- Respond to inquires via phone and email regarding scheduling pickups
- Provide customer service and general information for callers
- Send "Thank you" notes to donors.
- Efficient scheduling of pickup routes for drivers.
- Communicating with drivers and store managers to keep stores stocked with items.
- Administrative backup for front desk

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Customer-Focused: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting and assisting donors in the loading and unloading of donated items.
- Organized: Maintain a highly organized backroom and clean work space to assist in meeting all production requirements.
- Goal Oriented: Work with a sense of urgency, striving for efficiency that consistently meets production goals.
- Self-Motivated: Develop skills and abilities to become more proficient and efficient in reaching and exceeding daily production goals. Ability to test and repair electronics and furniture is a plus.
