The Dream Works, a full-line social service and home health agency serving Kansas and Missouri, is immediately seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our team! Our mission is to assist the aging and developmentally disabled communities to maintain their independence, in an environment of their choosing.
Duties:
Evaluate, plan and administer appropriate techniques as prescribed by a physician and as outlined in customers’ support plans
Record and maintain documentation of all activities and events daily as instructed
Participate in developing customers’ Person-Centered Goal Plans
Attend all multi-disciplinary team meetings
Attend therapy staff meetings

Our services include home health services, transitional living, and multi-disciplinary therapy services.
