The ideal candidate must be able to setup & operate Mazak CNC metal turning equipment. High preference for Integrex experience, conversational and EIA programming.
- Experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machine
- Ability to read and edit programs as required.
- Experienced in aluminum and steel manufacturing to /- .0005 tolerance
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, memos, and procedure manuals
- Communicates daily with supervisor, engineers, and production associates to resolve machining issues
- Participates in regular communication among peers to maintain productivity and solve problems
- Share technical expertise and support with CNC manufacturing staff and the engineering team
- Maintain word area housekeeping standards.
- Responsible to ensure work area, machine, tooling and parts are cleaned regularly and free from dirt and debris, must maintain a safe clean work area at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
