What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service and Returns Specialist position at The Driveshaft Shop?
The Driveshaft Shop manufactures drivetrain components. We serve the racing community seeking exceptional quality components. Fulfill customers needs in search of high performance custom axles and driveshafts.
- Preference for customer service experience in automotive products preferably racing industry
- Serve incoming customer inquiries with excellent telephonic skills
- Handle incoming returns, repairs and replacements
- Complete order entry using Microsoft Dynamics
- Coordinate with manufacturing to establish lead times, ship dates, etc
- Track orders throughout the production process, update customers
