Warehouse Technician Responsibilities & Expectations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Organizing the warehouse space
- Cleaning & maintaining the loading zone
- Receiving and inventorying shipments/deliveries
- May be asked to deliver additional materials to job sites as needed
- Pulling & loading materials for jobs
- May be asked to work with our in-house electrician
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license/approval to drive our company vehicles required
- Warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Understanding of tools and tool crib systems preferred
- Willingness to drive 16 ft box truck if needed
- Active listening skills
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail required
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Must have a high level of integrity
- Pre-employment drug screen
Working conditions
- Standing for long periods of time
- Travel between warehouse and job sites as needed
- Work in a variety of seasonal weather conditions
Physical Requirements
- Carrying, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking.
