Attic Insulation Technician
Position Summary
Our attic insulation tech will assist the insulation installer in removing, repairing, and installing various types of attic insulation, as well as associated light carpentry projects. The tech will also need to assist in organizing and driving company box trucks.

Your Contribution
· Represent the company in a professional manner
· Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the products you install & be able to answer customer questions.
· Adhere to OSHA standards for the safety of yourself, your crewmates, and homeowners.
· Working as part of a team/crew to efficiently complete projects.
· Communicate frequently and clearly with office staff on project status.
· Solve obstacles as they arise (not every job goes according to plan)
Qualifications
· Attic insulation experience and light carpentry skills required
· Excellent customer service skills

· Organizational skills
· Attention to detail required
· Clear verbal and written communication
· Must have a high level of integrity
· Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
· Pre-employment drug screen & background check
Working Conditions
· Travel between job sites and to the office.
· Must be comfortable in small, dark, and damp areas.
· Able to handle weather conditions based on the season.
Physical Requirements
· Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, gross manipulation, driving, stooping, crouching, kneeling, climbing, speaking, hearing, Near & Far Visual Acuity, Peripheral Vision.
