Hiring a Line Cook!
The Duck & The Peach is a New American restaurant located near Eastern Market, led by Executive Chef Kat Petonito and Pastry Chef Rochelle Cooper. We are searching for a professional cook with full-time availability that enjoy workng with seasonal ingredients in a face-paced kitchen. We are open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and for brunch on the weekends, and we are looking for candidates with full time availability.
Our aim is to work towards a more equitable pay model in hospitality where service and kitchen team members are compensated on an hourly basis based on skill and growth. We've developed and implemented this pay rate system to make our industry a profession for all of our team members.
We feature produce from local farms, and proteins from local purveyers that we prepare on our French-made Rotisol gas rotisserie.
